Text Box: Mediation is a conflict resolution method whereby an impartial mediator assists the parties in order to help them negotiate a fair agreement which is entered upon of their own free will.  Its main purpose is to help negotiate a viable agreement meeting the needs of each party.

Every day civil and commercial disputes arise among both individuals and businesses.  Mediation provides a method for finding solutions to these disputes that allows relationships to remain intact.

Mediation is a conflict resolution process which requires the willingness of the parties to arrive at an agreement that is satisfactory to all.  While the need for mediation has been recognized and used primarily in family matters, it can also be successful for settling civil and commercial cases.

In many situations, whether the result of a disagreement with a client or a supplier, a dispute among shareholders and associates or difficulties involved in settling an estate, a personal injury case or labor dispute, cases can be resolved without debating the
