Defined Benefit Plans
This is a qualified plan that is setup for the benefit
of a company's employees or union members and benefits are
payable to the Participant or Member upon retirement.
These benefits are payable to the employee monthly for life or
according to options in the Plan.
The Alternate Payee is awarded a benefit by a Qualified Domestic
Relations Order and are payable to the Alternate Payee for life
or for the life of the Participant. Taxes are paid as benefits
are received.
How The QDRO
Is Written:
We
draft the QDRO for $200.00 - attorneys, $300 - non-attorneys.
You send the order to the Plan Administrator for review.
Corrections are made by LVSS free of charge.
After
approval by the Plan Administrator the order is signed and
certified by the court and sent to the Plan Administrator.
