As was previously listed, data concerning ERISA, a QDRO is a judgment that sets aside a benefit to an Alternate Payee under a qualified employee pension plan.

A Domestic Relations Order is akin to a QDRO in all respects, except it does not deal with a qualified plan, but a non-qualified plan.

Both QDRO & DRO satisfy certain data e.g., addresses, dates of birth, as well as a set formula for awarding the benefit to the Alternate Payee.


Our QDRO or DRO Service:


We draft the order for a fee of $200.00 for attorneys, $300 for non-attorneys

We return the order to you for review by the Plan Administrator.

If changes are necessary, you can FAX or mail the changes and they will be made by LVSS free of charge.

If approved, the order is signed by all parties, certified by the court and forwarded to the Plan Administrator.
